Who we are

Kelsey Gray, M.Ed.

Owner & Founder of Mind Meadows

I’m a dedicated educator with seven years of experience working with students. My teaching journey began in South Korea, where I discovered a deep love for helping students grow in their language and literacy skills. Since then, I’ve continued teaching in Georgia, where I focus on creating warm, student-centered classrooms that encourage curiosity and confidence.

I hold a degree from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s in Teaching from Georgia Southern University. Along the way, I’ve also earned certifications and endorsements in areas like Reading, Dyslexia, Teaching English as a Second Language, Special Education Curriculum, and Adapted Special Education Curriculum. These have helped me better support the unique learning needs of each child I work with.

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching students from many different backgrounds and abilities-including English language learners, students with exceptionalities, and those in general education settings. I love using a variety of hands-on learning, visuals, and multi-sensory techniques to make reading and writing feel accessible, fun, and rewarding.

More than anything, I believe in the power of an inclusive, encouraging classroom. My goal is always to help every student feel seen, supported, and excited about learning. I truly believe every child can develop a love for learning, and I feel grateful to be part of that journey.
